KARACHI: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh AD Khowaja issued a high security
alert across Sindh after a bomb blast on Friday at a
market in Parachinar that claimed more 22 lives.
According to Sindh police spokesperson, IGP Sindh ordered all SHOs to increase patrolling in their resp
ective areas and keep vigil on any suspicious activity. He also instructed police officers to remain in contact with other security institutions in order to facilitate and improve the exchange of information among them.
